MY STORY

For over 15 years, I have been doing this work.

Back then, it was called leadership. Today, it is called coaching. The essence has never changed.

I have spent years inside high-performing environments, in rooms with some of the most influential leaders and organizations in the world.

What I saw, again and again, was this:

No matter the title, success level, or industry, we are all navigating the same human experience.

Pressure. Expectation. Responsibility. The quiet question of whether this is how it is supposed to feel.

For me, it took almost it took a near-loss of everything I held dear in life to wake up to this truth.

I overworked. I chased performance at the cost of myself. I experienced job transitions and loss, financial pressure, anxiety, divorce, and a life-altering autoimmune diagnosis. Then came a global pandemic that forced everything into stillness.

Today, I am the healthiest, most grounded, and most fulfilled I have ever been. Not because life is easier but because I lead it differently.

That is the work I bring to my clients.

MY MISSION

To help you lead your life and work at the highest level without sacrificing yourself in the process.

Whether you are stepping into a bigger role, navigating change, building something meaningful, or simply no longer satisfied with how things feel, this work is about expanding what is possible for you.

Not just externally, but internally.

And doing it in a way that feels honest, sustainable, and deeply yours.

You are not meant to do this alone.

MY METHOD

Most approaches focus on fixing the past.

That is not my work.

I help you create from the future.

We define a new standard for how you lead, how you think, and how you operate. Then we bring that into your current reality in a way that is practical, measurable, and immediately applicable.

My work sits at the intersection of: neuroscience, performance science, psychology, leadership strategy, and deep inner awareness.

This is applied work, not theory.

You do not need to spend years analyzing why you operate the way you do in order to change it.

You need awareness, the right structure, and the willingness to lead differently.

That is what we build together.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe leadership is not a role. It is a way of being.

You cannot separate how you lead at work from how you live your life.

The most effective leaders are the ones showing up differently instead of doing more.

They think clearly.
They decide intentionally.
They take full ownership.
They lead with both precision and humanity.

I also believe that fulfillment is not a reward for success but part of how you actually create it.

You do not have to choose between performance and well-being. You can build both.

I am here to help you do exactly that.

OFFICIAL BIO

Stacy Drosatou-Flauss is a Leadership and High Performance Coach, public speaker, and trusted advisor to high-achieving individuals and teams across global organizations.

She works with leaders, high-achievers, and changemakers who are shaping the future across industries. Her work focuses on shifting the internal patterns that drive behavior and equipping clients with practical tools that create immediate, measurable, and lasting change.

Before founding her practice, Stacy spent over 15 years in global communications roles across Fortune 500 and emerging companies, including News Corp and BlackRock, where she served as Director of Global Brand Advocacy. Her corporate experience allows her to operate with credibility inside complex, fast-moving organizations while delivering work that is both strategic and deeply human.

Her approach integrates neuroscience, performance psychology, and leadership strategy with a grounded understanding of what it actually takes to operate at a high level in today’s world. The result is not just insight, but transformation that shows up in how leaders think, decide, and lead every day.

Stacy’s work is shaped not only by her professional background, but by her personal journey of navigating anxiety, autoimmune illness, and major life transitions. This lived experience informs her perspective and challenges the common cultural belief that stress, pressure, and burnout are necessary components of success and growth in business or indeed any area of life.

She is also an advocate for leadership and mental well-being, having contributed to initiatives that support individuality, resilience, and human connection. She most recently served as Director of Brand Partnerships for Free2Luv, an award-winning nonprofit dedicated to empowering young people to stand up to bullying through arts and entertainment.

Stacy holds an MSc in Marketing from the University of Bath and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic and Political Relations from the University of Macedonia. She has trained with and studied under some of the most respected coaches and institutions in the fields of performance, psychology, and leadership, and continues to invest deeply in her own evolution.

Originally from Greece, Stacy lives with her family in Manhattan and continues to study, evolve, and deepen her work as both a coach and a student of life.

"Do not go where the path may lead. Instead, go where there is no path and leave a trail."

Ralph Waldo Emerson

I am

love.

I care deeply about the people I work with.

My practice is grounded in honesty, presence, and a deep commitment to what is possible for you.

I allow myself to see the full magnitude of the human being in front of me, often before they can see it themselves, and I stay with them long enough for that truth to become real.

I will challenge you.
I will support you.
I will tell you the truth.

And I will meet you as a human being, not just as a role or a result.

I do not believe in perfection, and I do not pretend to have all the answers.

What I offer is the very best of what I know, what I live, and what I continue to learn.

This work is about becoming fully who you are—not someone else—and leading from that place.

a learner. Therefore, I lead.

I teach what I live, and I live what I continue to learn.

My work is grounded in ongoing study, real-world application, and a deep commitment to understanding what it actually takes to operate at a high level.

I have trained with and studied under some of the most respected institutions and thought leaders in the fields of performance, psychology, and leadership, including Stanford, Yale, and UC Berkeley, as well as world-renowned teachers such as Steve Chandler, Shirzad Chamine, Devon Bandison, and Carolyn Freyer-Jones.

Alongside this, my work is shaped by training across neuroscience, coaching, and transformational practices, as well as over a decade of experience inside high-performance corporate environments.

I hold a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Bath and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic and Political Relations from the University of Macedonia.

More importantly, I remain a devoted student of the human experience.

Because the only difference between being a master and being a student is that the master has mastered the art of being a student.

a stand
for you.

You are here to do meaningful work.
To create, to lead, and to contribute in a way that actually matters.

And you are here to experience your life.
To feel it. To enjoy it. To be present in it as it is happening.

Not one day. Now.

My commitment is to help you close the gap between those two.

To help you stop living split between who you are and what you do.

To take what is already within you and help you live it fully, in your work, your relationships, and your life, every single day.

Let's begin.
How good can it get for you?

Better than you think.
And it starts with a conversation.

“Coaching is a profession of love. You can’t coach people unless you love them.”
